Ready to challenge yourself, socialize, and have fun at the same time? Well look no further because the 8th annual Del Mar Mud Run will be taking over the historic Del Mar Fairgrounds on May 13th!
在5公里障礙賽程裡設置了15個趣味障礙，泥漿翻滾、輪胎路、高低絆網、吊繩等，相當的刺激有趣，可以參考以上影片說明!
賽後還有知名的布朗博士神奇潔膚泡沫(Dr. Bronner’s Magic Foam)體驗，讓參賽者可以一邊隨意扭擺跳舞一邊使用有機潔膚皂清洗，和其他參賽者一起跳泡泡舞洗淨全身泥濘，一定會是相當特別的體驗呢!
